The Darlin’ Blue Crew
A senior team experience for high school seniors in Glade Spring, Washington County, Southwest Virginia, and Northeast Tennessee.
The Darlin’ Blue Crew is for seniors who want more than a single photo session. It’s a year-long experience filled with creative shoots, team events, and opportunities to be part of something meaningful during your senior year.
Enrollment opens once per year for a limited time.
What Is The Blue Crew?
Blue Crew is a year-long senior experience for high school seniors in Glade Spring, Washington County, Southwest Virginia, and Northeast Tennessee who want more than a single photo session.
Members participate in:
• A welcome party with professional head-shots
• Seasonal styled team shoots throughout the year
• A community involvement project
• A cap and gown celebration session
Core team events are expected for active participation, while creative shoots throughout the year are optional but encouraged.
The Darlin Blue Crew is designed to build confidence, connection, and unforgettable memories during your senior year.

The Investment
Blue Crew members choose one of two senior session options:
Blue Crew Session – $400
• 1-hour session
• 1-2 locations
• 2-3 outfit changes
• 10 digital images
• Planning consultation
• Participation in Blue Crew events
- 3–5 edited social media digitals per creative shoot
A $250 deposit secures your session date. The remaining balance is due before the Welcome Party.
Signature Senior Session – $800
• 2-hour session
• 2–3 locations
• 3–4 outfit changes
• Assistant on session day
• 40 digital images
• Full senior experience
• Blue Crew participation included
Plus, when you upgrade, you’ll also receive:
- A complimentary Bestie Bonus Session with a friend who’s not on the team.
- 15% off all package prices.
If upgrading, the remaining balance is due before your individual session date.
Blue Crew Expectations
Being part of the Blue Crew means committing to key team experiences that make this year special. Members are required to attend all team parties and the community service event. While not required, it’s strongly encouraged to join optional experiences, like the “How to Change a Tire” class. Creative shoots are optional but highly recommended—they’re a fun part of the experience and a big reason you joined the team.
Members are also expected to:
- Use Darlin’ Photography exclusively for their senior session and cap & gown images.
- Participate with a positive attitude and be a supportive teammate.
- Represent themselves and the team positively online and in public, demonstrating respect, responsibility, and good character.
These expectations help create a supportive, fun, and memorable senior year, while ensuring the team maintains a positive, professional, and respectful culture.
